I’m a fan of snacks…simple, easy snacks. When used for the right reasons (to get you to your next meal without being too hungry in order to prevent overeating) they are a great addition to any meal plan. I use this Roasted Almond recipe year- round! Super easy and it takes just 20 minutes. Feel free to double the recipe and make enough for the whole week!
Roasted Almonds
Ingredients
- 2 cups raw almonds
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
- Dash cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Toss all the ingredients together, lightly coating the almonds with olive oil
- Place mixture on top of aluminum foil in oven heated at 325 degrees
- Bake for 20 minutes and enjoy!
